Yes. Auth Connect is replaced by our OAuth plugin, Identity Vault by our Vault plugin, and Secure Storage by SQLite. APIs are intentionally close to the originals, and we publish side-by-side migration guides for each pairing. Most teams complete the migration in days rather than months.
Your apps keep working — there's no kill switch. You'll lose access to new releases, but every version you've already installed continues to function indefinitely. If you'd prefer a one-time purchase, the Maintain license gives you 12 months of updates plus lifetime use of the SDKs.
Most Insider plugins support Android, iOS, and Web. A subset (e.g. Secure Preferences, Zip) is mobile-only because no equivalent web API exists. All plugins support every recent Capacitor major version (5 through 8) and ship same-day support for new Android and iOS releases.
